THE INTERVIEW

Gabriele Montanari
Founder and Commercial Director
How did 2025 go, and what achievements did you celebrate at the end of the year?
2025 was a year of tangible and measurable growth. The achievement we are most proud of is the acquisition of twenty-one new customers in the graphic arts and paper converting industries. This is a clear sign that our value proposition is being recognised and appreciated by a sector that is increasingly focused on quality digital solutions. This milestone is more than just a number: it confirms our increasingly solid market positioning and the growing confidence that customers place in our solutions.
Which of your technologies are most appreciated by the market?
What the market appreciates most is the simplicity of having a single management system capable of covering the entire graphic arts industry without compromise. Our solution enables companies to coordinate different production sectors within a single operational ecosystem, whether they operate in packaging, labels, conventional printing, digital printing or flexographic printing. For graphic arts companies, this means less management complexity, greater control and a truly unified view of their production processes.
Which projects did you launch in 2026, and what new developments would you like to share?
The main innovation introduced in 2026 is the 4D Total Factory Control project, a platform that brings together all of a company’s strategic activities within a single ecosystem.
The system integrates production control, maintenance management, sustainability monitoring through dedicated ESG analysis tools, human resources safety management and energy consumption control.
The underlying concept is simple yet ambitious: to provide companies with a complete, real-time view of everything happening across the factory, eliminating data silos and enabling all business functions to communicate with one another.
What role do trade fairs play in boosting the development of new services and products?
Trade fairs play a key role in our innovation journey because they put us in direct contact with the market and, above all, with the people who use our solutions every day.
For a company developing ERP and MES solutions like ours, these occasions are first and foremost accelerators: they are the place where we listen to real needs, test new ideas and gain early insight into the directions in which the industry is moving.
But there is more. Trade fairs are also a privileged meeting point with technology and commercial partners who often become active contributors to the development of new solutions.
Industry events are not mere showcase opportunities, but a practical tool for guiding and accelerating innovation.
