How did 2025 go and what successes did you celebrate at year-end?
It would be reductive to say that we simply met the budget targets set across our production sites distributed throughout the national territory. The most significant achievement was the strengthening of cohesion within the Group, which enabled a further step forward in terms of efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
Concrete examples include the digitalization of processes and data, as well as the experimental introduction of AI in quality control. However, the real added value for our company continues to be the ability to create synergies between the different production sites, fostering collaboration, sharing results, and strengthening a genuine team spirit. This approach generates tangible benefits not only at a human and organizational level, but also in terms of optimizing the company’s overall performance.
Which technologies are most appreciated by the market?
Over the past years, we have repeatedly been pioneers in testing and introducing cutting-edge production technologies, anticipating innovations that today represent the industry benchmark.
However, the technology we are most proud of is human. The people who work with us are the company’s true asset: skilled, passionate professionals with a strong attention to detail, who every day contribute with their commitment to achieving excellence across all areas, from production to management.
It is thanks to their skills, dedication, and collaborative spirit that we are able to transform technological innovation into concrete value and consolidate the quality that distinguishes our company.
Regulations and rising costs: how does your company respond to these challenges?
The current geopolitical and economic scenario is imposing significant challenges on markets. For this reason, we work daily to mitigate the impact of instability and ongoing cost increases on both our operations and our customers. Through strict cost management, monitoring of consumption, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency, we are able to preserve service quality and absorb a large part of external pressures, having to manage only very slight price fluctuations.
THE PRODUCTS
The distinctive feature of Inci.Flex has always been the multiplicity of production in the prepress sector. The company covers all the different product categories and does so with the utmost innovation and quality.
The last milestone with regard to flexo engraving was reached a few months ago: the launch of the Crystal Quartz edition of Esko’s new CDI. The first ever in the world to go into production,The first ever in the world to go into production, thanks to the experience of the experimentation carried out in 18 months of partnership with Esko, the new standard for flexographic quality was launched with amazing results on several levels: brilliant prints, very high density and improved tonal range, zero fade high lights, perfect ink drawing, better contrast and deeper shadows, inks savings for printers, fewer stops for cliché cleaning, high speeds.
From the point of view of technological development, the same attention is granted to other sectors too, such as rotogravure, direct sleeve laser engraving and the production of digital plates for corrugated cardboard. The goal is to always aim for maximum quality performance, a result centred on a considerable investment capacity and the certainty of being able to count on the knowledge and skills of a highly trained team of technicians.
