How did 2025 perform for your company, and what achievements did you celebrate at year-end?
2025 was a year of consolidation for us: we expanded our presence in the Italian market, strengthened international partnerships and increased deployments. The growth of our order backlog, the expansion of our customer base and the enhancement of our technical service further reinforced our reputation as a reliable partner for high value-added solutions.
Which of your technologies are most appreciated by the market?
The market rewards our productivity-oriented solutions: converting and finishing machines, bonding and laminating systems, automation, handling and quality-control solutions. What sets us apart is the combination of mechanical reliability, advanced electronics and local technical support.
Which projects did you launch in 2026, and what new developments can you share?
This year we rolled out some new projects in the packaging and converting sectors.
We also confirm we’re still the official exclusive distributor in Italy for the Dayuan brand for 2026, a role that reflects both our expertise and the trust placed in us by our international partners.
We have also strengthened our presence at trade fairs and are already planning our participation in the next edition of Print4All in Milan in May 2027. Customer-focused training activities are also continuing to grow.
Regulations and rising costs: how is your company responding to these challenges?
We supply machines that comply with European directives, support customers in meeting regulatory requirements and maintain competitive pricing through optimised logistics and start-up operations.
Our technologies help reduce energy consumption and operating costs, while our constant monitoring of tax incentives—such as those pertaining to Industry 4.0 programmes—allows us to guide customers towards more sustainable investments.
Training and new professionals: how do you support your customers, and what is your approach to recruitment?
Training plays a central role for us: we provide dedicated training programmes, start-up support and regularly updated technical documentation.
Internally, we invest in technical skills and problem-solving capabilities, focusing both on young talent training and integrating experienced technicians into our dynamic teams.
What role do trade fairs play in driving the development of new services and products?
For HPM GROUP, trade fairs are a key opportunity for discussion and innovation: they give us the opportunity to showcase new technologies, meet customers and partners, analyse market trends and gather valuable feedback for the development of increasingly targeted and competitive solutions.
