How did 2025 perform and what achievements did you celebrate at year-end?
2025 was a very successful year for us, with the company closing the year with a 47% increase in revenue.
Which of your technologies are most appreciated by the market?
Our patented core business consists of technopolymer chambered doctor blade systems (we are the only manufacturer worldwide) and ink pumping and washing systems.
Which projects have you launched in 2026 and what new developments can you share?
During the first half of 2026, following a year of internal testing, the company launched a new ultrasonic anilox cleaning machine.
We are also completing the development of an innovative plate cleaning system designed to reduce cleaning times, consumption and waste of cleaning liquids.
Regulations and rising costs: how is your company responding to these challenges?
The company is at the forefront in terms of regulatory compliance. Cost increases are managed through careful financial planning, including the purchase of large batches of technical materials and payment of all suppliers at the time of order iso as to secure the best possible discounts.
By operating without the support of credit institutions and relying exclusively on its own capital, the company is able to absorb price increases more effectively.
Training and new professionals: how do you support your customers and what is your approach to recruitment?
All our personnel have a minimum of five years’ experience in this industry. At present, we do not intend to expand our workforce. Having industrialized our portfolio, we would in fact be able to increase production capacity while maintaining the same number of employees.
What role do trade fairs play in driving the development of new services and products?
Trade fairs are extremely important in providing visibility for both products and companies.
However, we prefer to invest directly in our customers, who are happy to be ambassadors for our brand, confirming the quality and reliability of our products.

The Evolution of Flexo Printing: The Chambered Doctor Blade According to FLEX-X
In the modern flexographic printing landscape, the efficiency of ink delivery systems is no longer simply a matter of ink transfer, but of optimizing uptime and extending component life. FLEX-X is redefining chambered doctor blade standards by offering solutions designed to integrate seamlessly into any existing press configuration, without requiring structural modifications to the printing unit.
Technopolymer: The End of the Corrosion Era
At the heart of the FLEX-X innovation lies the use of advanced technopolymers. Unlike traditional aluminium chambers, which are prone to premature corrosion despite protective Teflon coatings, our structures are inherently resistant to inks and solvents, including the most aggressive formulations.
The advantages are immediate and tangible:
- Total resistance: no protective coatings are required; the surface remains unchanged over time;
- Lightweight and ergonomic design: with a specific weight approximately half that of aluminium, FLEX-X chambers significantly simplify handling operations, particularly on elevated print units, ensuring greater operator safety and comfort.

Geometrical Precision and Anilox Protection
Print quality depends on the doctor blade contact angle. FLEX-X designs dedicated profiles for every type of anilox roll, ensuring the correct doctoring angle. This approach not only guarantees optimal ink transfer but also extends anilox roll service life by reducing mechanical wear.
Fast Maintenance: The “Screwless” System
Time is a critical resource in the pressroom. For this reason, we have eliminated screws from the blade replacement process. Our eccentric locking system enables fast and safe blade changes: with a simple lever action, the blades are ready for replacement, eliminating downtime and minimizing the risk of operator error.
A Tailor-Made and Sustainable Approach
FLEX-X provides more than just a product—it delivers a customized solution. Our technicians design bespoke systems for any flexographic press, including feed and positioning systems compatible with existing chamber mountings. In addition, our design philosophy is based on modularity: every chamber component can be replaced individually. In the event of damage, there is no need to replace the entire chamber body, reducing both waste and maintenance costs. Alongside its technopolymer range, FLEX-X completes its portfolio with TOTAL ALUMINIUM and TOTAL INOX models, addressing every specific production requirement of the global market.
