What services or activities have you planned for 2025 to engage and gain customer loyalty?

For 2025, we are committed to offering our customers a closer and more attentive service, with the aim of strengthening the relationship and providing tailor-made solutions. We will strengthen our technical support programmes to reduce downtime and provide greater oper­ational ease. Key initiatives include customised service contracts, advanced monitoring of the spare parts inventory, restructuring of the company’s management system for real-time monitoring of service requests and improved predictive maintenance. We also invest in train­ing our technicians to ensure competence and quality. We will soon start a feedback project to listen to customer suggestions and continuously improve our service.

ESG (environmental, social and governance sustainability) criteria are increasingly at the centre of companies’ development strategies, what are the actions you have taken in this regard?

We have integrated ESG criteria into our corporate strategies through various initiatives. In cooperation with Treedom, we have planted 20 trees, contributing to the absorption of 6 tonnes of CO2 over 10 years, traceable through a tracking system. We have also adopted green policies in the company, such as the use of renewable energy, separate waste collection and the use of reusable water bottles.

On a social level, we participate in initiatives that promote dialogue between schools and companies and collaborate with Tuscan institutions to train students in the use of digital printing technologies.

We are enthusiastic about the return of Teodora Capannesi as commercial manager and the increasing number of women in leadership roles, in line with our commitment to gender equality and inclusive governance.

We invest in the professional growth of our people, knowing that their talent is our most valuable asset, and we look forward to expanding our team to bring new skills and perspectives.

Criticality=opportunity: what are the critical issues that you have found (or that your customers have shared with you) on which you have built valuable solutions for the sector?

When we started proposing Hanway solutions, some of our customers were concerned about the geographical distance of the manufacturer and the availability of spare parts and technical support. However, we saw these critical issues as opportunities to innovate and improve the service. Thanks to the direct channel with the Hanglory Group, we guarantee timely and nationwide technical support. We have also optimised our warehouse to keep spare parts and consumables available at all times, eliminating any concerns about delays or shortages. By enhancing both our warehouse and technical support team, we have been able to strengthen relationships with our partners and customers, turning every challenge into an opportunity to build success stories.

Hanway Ultra2500w Pro

We are present on the packaging market with the Hanway brand, synonymous with innovative technologies for the packaging sector. We support box manufacturers in the transition from analogue to digital, with an approach focused on efficiency, reliability and sustainability. Thanks to our direct relationship with the manufacturer, we are able to turn every request into a customised technological solution. Hanway printers, ideal for corrugated and folding carton, kraft and coated board, cover applications ranging from boxes to displays. Available in single-pass or multi-pass configuration, they use water-based inks, suitable for food packaging and environmentally friendly. In addition, they can be upgraded with automated loading/unloading systems and stackers for an even more integrated production flow. Our partnership with Hanway allows us to really drive the digital transformation of the industry, combining the strength of a global brand with the expertise of our engineers.

We offer Handtop UV digital printers, internationally recognised for their versatility and competitiveness. Available in multiple configurations, they integrate easily into traditional production workflows, improving speed and efficiency. They are particularly suitable for printing on cardboard for display purposes and can be equipped with optional automatic loading/unloading systems.

To complete our offer, we propose Jwei cutting tables, which combine high performance with excellent value for money. The machines, available in different formats and equipped with a wide range of accessories, can process numerous materials, guaranteeing precise results. With accessories for automatic loading and unloading, we offer companies integrated and fully automated solutions.
