In a market context such as the current one, what were the main challenges you faced in 2024 and what were the most important objectives achieved?
2024 was a challenging but stimulating year. Our priority has been to make the most of what we have built in over 40 years of experience in the international market: a solid, complete product appreciated by more than 5,000 users around the world. We have invested working on several fronts: from the strengthening of our digital channels to the creation of content that really speaks the language of our interlocutors, as well as the new version of our website, currently being released in its Italian edition.
What product lines are you working on that you intend to promote as a priority over the next year?
We are evolving Optimus Labels towards greater mobility and integration. The new Preventivi Web App allows quick quotes even on mobile and communicates with e-commerce portals via API. We also work on integration with certified systems for the collection of production data, supporting customers in Industry 5.0 projects with advanced, secure and scalable solutions for efficiency, control and competitiveness.
What services or activities have you planned for 2025 to engage and gain customer loyalty?
In 2025 we will continue to invest in quality and timely and competent technical assistance, expanding the team with young professionals and targeted training. We have started a structured activity of gathering and measuring customer satisfaction, from which excellent results and ideas for improvement have emerged. We want to build strong relationships and offer increasingly personalised services, evolving together with our customers.
Criticality=opportunity: what are the critical issues that you have found on which you have built valuable solutions for the sector?
Customers ask for quick, intuitive and integrated quoting systems, simplified Industry 5.0 certifications and advanced tools for data analysis. With the Preventivi Web App, the integration with machines and management and Business Intelligence solutions, we respond in a concrete way to these needs. We also automate manual processes such as the automatic loading of the warehouse from ASN files provided by paper manufacturers. With Optimus’ flexibility and bespoke development, we turn critical issues into real opportunities for growth.
Optimus Labels: the label management system
In the adhesive label industry, efficiency and speed are essential. For this reason IT Service Srl has developed Optimus Etichette, an advanced management system that optimises every phase of the production cycle: quotation, order management, warehouse and production.
It stems from the experience of Servizio Informatica Srl and the evolution of the Optimus Dash international software, adapted to the specific needs of the sector. Today it is adopted by over 70 Italian label manufacturers, many of which have taken advantage of Industry 4.0 benefits to improve their operational efficiency.

Web App Preventivi: allows you to create quotes from PC, tablet or smartphone by entering only a few parameters (quantity, size, processes). Integration via API Rest allows customers to independently request online quotes and turn them into orders, speeding up the entire workflow.
