In a market context such as the current one, what were the main challenges you faced in 2024 and what were the most important objectives achieved?
2024 was a year of strong commitment and transformation: despite an unstable market, we achieved +12% turnover, thanks to growth in flexo printing and customer trust in our tailor-made services. Decisive factors were our enhanced technical consultancy service, fast response and the reliability of our 3M™ products.
What product lines are you working on that you intend to promote as a priority over the next year?
We aim to strengthen the range of 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ and splicing tapes, complemented by customised die-cuts for technical applications in the printing, automotive and industrial sectors. We continue to invest in high-performance products that are easy to apply and also suitable for automation.
What services or activities have you planned for 2025 to engage and gain customer loyalty?
In 2025, we will focus on speed, precision and customisation. Our customers will have access to an even more efficient service, thanks to an automated production management and digitisation of the entire order-delivery cycle. We are working to offer digital interfaces that simplify communication and requests, while maintaining the value of direct contact.
ESG criteria are increasingly at the centre of companies' development strategies, what are the actions you have taken in this regard?
We are already FSC® certified and use materials from responsible sources. We have started to actively reduce waste and optimise energy consumption. The introduction of MES and AI Copilot systems allows us to monitor and improve performance in real time, contributing to more sustainable and ethical production. Constant staff training is also an integral part of our ESG vision.
Criticality=opportunity: what are the critical issues that you have found (or that your customers have shared with you) on which you have built valuable solutions for the sector?
One of the main critical issues reported by customers is the variability of delivery times and the complexity of applying certain materials.
Our response has been to create pre-cut, ready-to-use solutions optimised for production processes, reducing set-up times and the risk of errors. We also offer direct technical consultancy to better integrate our products into existing lines.
What role do exhibitions play in giving momentum to the development of new services and products?
Trade fairs are not just showcases but moments of active listening. For us they are invaluable for gathering feedback, validating our solutions and confronting changes in the industry. At Print4All 2025 we will showcase our new digital and production approach, the result of years of technical evolution and dialogue with those who work in the field every day.

Cushion tapes for flexo printing
We offer a wide range of 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ cushion tapes, designed for plate mounting in flexo printing processes.
These solutions provide high print quality, pressure control and ease of application and removal, helping to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Available in different thicknesses and levels of compressibility, they are ideal for every type of job, from fine detail to solid colors.
Splicing tapes in flexo printing
Prades offers a selection of 3M™ adhesive tapes specifically for making flying splices and butt splices on rolls of substrates for flexographic printing. These tapes offer secure high-speed adhesion, resistance to traction and excellent compatibility with inks and solvents, ensuring a smooth transition during reel changes and minimising waste. Available in board-on-board, film-on-film, with or without sensing tab, also for automated applications.
