In a market context such as the current one, what were the main challenges you faced in 2024 and what were the most important objectives achieved?
In 2024, we faced challenges such as the technological evolution of rotary machines, the need for digital printing, increased competitiveness and the demand for more sustainable solutions. Among the main goals achieved: the incorporation of digital printing, improving production efficiency, innovation in automation processes and the strengthening of technical support for customers.
Which product lines are you working on and which do you intend to promote as a priority in the coming year?
In the coming year we will focus on promoting compact machines such as the SPHERA Digimed, a hybrid flexo-digital solution with only 8 metres of material passage, and the EASYLAM compact laminator. Both are ideal for processing paper, plastic film, aluminium and laminates, perfect for sample and short runs, typical of customisation.
What services or activities do you have planned for 2025 to engage and retain your customers?
In 2025, we aim to strengthen our relationship with our customers through various services: maintenance contracts customised to their needs, and the integration of our machines with Industry 5.0, to ensure state-of-the-art solutions. All CNTechnology srl machines are ‘Made in Italy’ certified and, thanks to CNMechanics srl, we can handle mechanical service requests in a short time, quickly supplying the requested parts with or without technical design.
What role do exhibitions play in giving momentum to the development of new services and products?
Trade fairs play a key role in launching the development of new services and products, as they offer a unique opportunity for direct interaction with customers, partners and competitors. By attending these exhibitions, we can gather real-time feedback, better understand market needs and test interest in innovations and new solutions. In addition, they are an opportunity to monitor emerging trends, discover cutting-edge technologies and establish strategic partnerships. In this way, trade fairs not only promote company visibility, but are also a driver of innovation, stimulating the development of products and services that meet market demands.
