In a market context such as the current one, what were the main challenges you faced in 2024 and what were the most important objectives achieved?
In 2024, we operated in an increasingly saturated market, where differentiation became essential. The main challenges were driven by the rising demand for Industry 4.0/5.0 solutions and the need to meet ever-higher quality standards. We achieved key objectives by continuously investing in software innovation, pursuing excellence, and maintaining a high level of competitiveness.
What product lines are you working on that you intend to promote as a priority over the next year?
Over the coming year, we will prioritise solutions focused on production data management, advanced data analysis, and the development of automation aimed at supporting continuous improvement in production processes.
What services or activities have you planned for 2025 to engage and gain customer loyalty?
In 2025, we plan to further strengthen customer relationships through the introduction of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions and the development of customised applications tailored to the specific needs of each client.
ESG criteria are increasingly at the centre of companies’ development strategies. What actions have you taken in this regard?
By focusing our software development on tailored solutions, we support our customers in improving efficiency and reducing waste, thus contributing to ESG goals. The digitisation of processes enables greater control, transparency, and operational sustainability.
Criticality = opportunity: what are the critical issues you have identified and turned into valuable solutions for the sector?
A recurring challenge is the complexity of managing automated warehouses and information flows in an integrated way. We have developed solutions that seamlessly connect automation, data collection, and production, providing customers with increased efficiency and real-time traceability.
