As the printing and graphic communication industry continues to evolve, the role of the next generation becomes increasingly important. The Young Talent Award 2026, organised by Intergraf, aims to highlight innovative ideas from young professionals who can contribute to shaping the future of print.

A challenge for the next generation

The Young Talent Award 2026 is open to students, apprentices and young professionals under the age of 25 from Intergraf member countries. The initiative offers a unique platform for emerging talents to share their ideas with industry leaders and gain visibility within the European print community.

Exploring opportunities for print in a hyper-personalised future

The central theme of the 2026 edition addresses a key question for the sector: what opportunities will print have in a hyper-personalised future? Participants are invited to analyse the challenges facing the graphic industry as communication becomes increasingly personalised, automated and data-driven.

Prize and industry exposure

Applicants must submit a written paper in English of 3–5 pages, optionally supported by visual material. The winner of the Young Talent Award 2026 will receive a €3,000 prize and the opportunity to present their work at the Print Matters conference in Budapest in June 2026, gaining valuable exposure across the European printing sector.

A platform for new voices in the print industry

Since 2017, the award has given a voice to young professionals eager to contribute to the evolution of the printing industry. The Young Talent Award 2026 continues this mission by encouraging the next generation to bring fresh insights, critical thinking and innovative perspectives to the future of print.
