In order to more clearly communicate how this Parisian event brings together the entire packaging supply chain, from 2016 on it will be known as “all4pack”, but this year it retains the title of Emballage, held in tandem with Manutention, dedicated to handling, warehousing and logistics. Together, the two events bring to Paris the international offer of materials, products, machinery and technologies for packaging, processing, printing and handling, with an expected attendance of 1500 exhibitors and 100 thousand visitors, predominantly from the EMEA region, as well as a new strategic partner (the fairs of the PackPlus India circuit) that represents a bridge to Asian markets.

Spotlight on contents Thus Comexposiurm (in Italy with Saloni Internazionali Francesi Srl) faces up to the challenges of a changing economy, and announces an edition of refound optimism, evidenced by the data of the last Observatoire de de l’emballage. The French expo, in its 41th edition, aims to not only give visibility to the most innovative packaging solutions “and thereabouts”, but to also shed light on the trends of demand and technology. Many the tools fielded: the market analyses of a prestigious panel of experts, representatives of a series of trend-setting multinationals, a rational and clear layout and consistent areas with “windows” dedicated to innovation, and a calendar of meetings and events rich in content with some “goodies”. We mention, among others, the first European edition of “The Dieline Summit”, where the American packaging design elite will meet and interact with the public, the intent begin to shed light on the characteristics of the packaging of the future.

Italy, partner country Again leading the ranking of the partner countries (first for exhibitors and second for visitors), Italy will be guest of honor in the Vision Pack conference program. Wednesday 19th will feature technology (with talks from GSICA and Soc. Coop. Valle del Dittaino), packaging design (with Marco Pietrosante from ADI), the role of packaging in modern distribution (FMCG) and prevailing market trends (Istituto Italiano Imballaggio).
In addition, the Indaco Department of the Politecnico di Milano will once again be standard-bearer at the “Best pack, design by students for virtuous solutions” event, where students will exhibit “notable” packaging and animate a series of live workshops along with 5 other European design schools.
