Damolgraf Group strengthens its production capacity with the installation of the Label Modular 330s digital InkJet printing press by General Inkjet Printing, supplied by VBR Group. The Verona-based company continues its technological innovation journey, combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge solutions.
The new press represents a strategic investment to respond with greater flexibility to market demands, increasingly oriented toward customization and reduced delivery times. Digital InkJet technology enables handling jobs of various formats with extremely high quality, optimizing costs and reducing waste.
The contribution of Azul Sistemi was significant, as they immediately integrated the new press into the Azul5 management system already used by Damolgraf Group. Thanks to their extensive experience in interfacing with production equipment, Azul Sistemi completed the integration according to Industry 4.0 parameters in very short time.
The Label Modular 330s is now perfectly integrated into the company’s production workflow, from job scheduling to warehouse management, through to real-time production monitoring. This synergy between advanced printing technology and management system allows Damolgraf Group to constantly monitor production efficiency and ensure complete traceability of every job, maintaining the quality standards that have always characterized the company.
