ContiTech Elastomer Coatings (plates for flexographic printing) and Saueressig Flexo (plates for packaging printing, engineering and printed electronics) have teamed up to take advantage of synergies in their respective competencies and expand their range of services, particularly in planning, testing and consulting. The ultimate goal of the deal is to facilitate customers’ ability to enter the promising business of printed electronics, which includes, as is well known, components using RfId technology.
