On Monday, 16th January 2023, the Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) had started the advance space booking for 16th PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition at 1300 hrs (IST), which is to be held at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida from February 01-05, 2025 in accordance with international standards.

The 16th PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition will provide a unique platform for displaying the printing, packaging and allied machinery in which a large number of Indian and Foreign companies such as Canon, TechNova, Heidelberg, Komori, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, Xerox, etc., will be participating. After the opening of the space booking, within a span of 60 seconds, 64 Companies and within one hour, a record number of 198 companies and at the close of the first day, a total of 261 Companies had remitted the booking amount. The PRIORITY NUMBERS will be generated on the basis of the remittances in the Associations’ Bank account. The space will also be allotted strictly as per the PRIORITY NUMBERS.

The profile of 16th PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition includes Pre-Press, Press, Digital, Screen and Textile Printing, Label, Paper, Post-Press, Corrugation, Converting, Packaging, Service & Software, Consumables & Spares, Signage & LED and other related segments of the Graphic Arts Industry. Keeping in view the convenience of Exhibitors and Business Visitors, the Halls will be earmarked for the display of machinery and allied products segment-wise. IPAMA will also provide a number of complimentary services during the Exhibition. The entry of Exhibitors and Business Visitors to the Exhibition Halls will be on the basis of Entry Passes.

The last edition of PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition was organised at India Expo Centre from May 26-30, 2022, in which 487 Indian and Foreign companies had participated on a net area of 25342 Sqms. It was visited by 1,03,412 Business Visitors. All the relevant details of the previous Editions have been uploaded on the Websites. IPAMA representatives will also visit, some of the important foreign Exhibitions, like INTERPACK, DRUPA etc. to invite Exhibitors and Business Visitors for 16th PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition. The Marketing Unit of IPAMA has already started attending Exhibitions, Conferences, Workshops etc., which are being organised by other domestic and international exhibition organisers to interact with the Exhibitors and the Business Visitors.
