Print4All Conference: a major milestone on the road to Print4All 2027, with a strong and distinctive identity.

On the road to Print4All 2027, the Print4All Conference stands as a key milestone. It serves as a meeting point that keeps the industry conversation alive between fair editions, while highlighting emerging trends, needs, and priorities in a fast-changing sector. The next Print4All Conference will take place on 1–2 July 2026 at the Ville Ponti Congress Centre in Varese. Its 2026 edition will focus on the theme “Humans Print the World.”

Over the years, the event has shaped a strong identity and gained wide recognition as a benchmark for the printing and converting industry. Each edition has strengthened its visibility and position, making it a key reference point for the entire value chain. It brings together every sector player: from institutions and industry associations to technology and material suppliers, printers, converters, brands and creatives, as well as anyone eager to understand how printing will evolve in the years ahead.

Behind the figures: the success of the 2024 Print4All Conference

The steady growth of the Print4All Conference is reflected in its latest results. The 2024 edition welcomed 400 participants, confirming the event’s strong appeal and the growing interest in the quality of its content.

The international presence was strong too, with 50 delegates from 18 countries, a clear highlight showing the event’s growing reach beyond Italy.

The success wasn’t just about numbers. It was shared across the whole industry. The audience brought together suppliers (41%), printers and converters (38%), brands, agencies and creatives (14%), and representatives from associations and the media (7%). It was a lively mix that captured the true spirit of the event: a place where production meets technology, and where market vision and industrial culture come together to shape what’s next.

Where connections spark opportunities

The Conference has become a key destination for companies eager to engage the market through meaningful content and authentic connections. The 2024 edition brought together 21 sponsors, supported by an ecosystem of 14 endorsing organisations and 12 media partners that helped amplify its voice across the industry. The event also placed strong emphasis on business networking: in just two days, 129 B2B meetings were held between Italian companies and international delegates – turning conversations into relationships, and relationships into real business momentum.

High‑quality content and visibility: the Conference’s media engine

The event’s visibility is powered by a strong and consistent communication strategy. In 2024, more than 90 social media assets were created — including 22 pre‑event interviews and 17 produced during the Conference — supported by extended coverage across the channels of ARGI, ACIMGA and Print4All. In the month leading up to the event, the campaign generated over 21,000 impressions and quadrupled traffic to key web pages.

Audience engagement was particularly strong for video content. Two special editions of the Stampiamoavanti TG format, dedicated to the Conference, achieved more than 800 views across LinkedIn and YouTube.

Together, these results demonstrate the growing media impact of an event that continues to strengthen its presence year after year.
