It is called Sleeves Storage System, is offered by Due Emme (Gaggiano, Mi) and has been specifically designed to preserve and manage the sleeves used in flexographic and gravure print processes and in lamination.
The flexographic sleeves, in fact, along with the aniloxes are the most precious resource of flexography and if they are not preserved properly, in time they can become unusable or cause serious print problema (for example halos and stripes), triggering inevitable contestations from the customer.
This is why Due Emme Srl proposes specific and effective solutions to preserve and manage sleeves, with automatic or manual storage facilities, that optimize space and preserve the sleeves in conditions of absolute safety in complete darkness and in a structure that can be easily conditioned. On top of that, the systems of the Lombard concern are modular, adaptable to different diameters and tables, extremely high capacity and preserve the sleeve in a vertical position, definitely avoiding the serious problem of ovalisation during storage.
