Goebel, the known German manufacturer of slitter rewinders, which in 2013 joined the IMS Deltamatic group, announces the appointment of a new CEO in the person Andreas Hollmann, engineer, former CEO of Ishida GmbH and previously head of the global expansion of Hastamat Verpackungstechnik.
Hollmann, having take office in November 2014, replaces Roberta Ghilardi, interim CEO of the company and responsible for the integration process within the group.
The timehonored Darmstadt (Hesse) company, that was founded over 160 years ago in the middle of Germany, designs and manufactures slitter rewinders for converting paper, plastic films and special materials, exports worldwide.
The new CEO has the task of guiding further development, bolstered by his experience and knowledge of the markets, as well as his passion for engineering and an open and positive temperament. «Goebel features for the development and construction of high quality machines, with state-of-the-art technologies that respond fully to the image of “Made in Germany” the world over. I am very happy to become part of a successful group like IMS Deltamatic and proud to take the helm» said the manager on taking up his appointment.
