Unlike traditional aluminum chambers, these materials are completely resistant to ink and solvent corrosion and remain naturally repellent without the need for additional coatings. Furthermore, with their weight reduced by approximately 50%, they ensure safer and easier handling for operators.
Each profile is custom-engineered for specific anilox rolls to maintain the optimal blade angle, enhancing ink transfer while minimizing cylinder wear. To minimize downtime, the “screwless” eccentric system allows for rapid blade changes via a simple lever mechanism.
The FLEX-X approach is both bespoke and modular: it can be adapted to any printing press and allows for individual component replacement in case of damage, significantly reducing waste and maintenance costs. The range is completed by Total Aluminum and Total Stainless Steel versions.
