The Indian Printing Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), a registered body under the Societies Act, has been organising PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition biennially since its inception, in the year 1988.

The 15th Edition of this international exhibition was scheduled to be organised at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida from February 03-08, 2021. Due to outbreak of COVID-19 and its adverse impact on the Indian Industry, due to successive lockdowns, IPAMA had consulted its Members, Exhibitors and other concerned institutions regarding the feasibility of holding the Exhibition on the scheduled dates. As advised and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances as also taking into consideration the prevailing conditions across the globe, including health care of exhibitors and visitors, the dates of PRINTPACK INDIA 2021 Exhibition were deferred/postponed.

Consequent upon remarkable improvement in the prevailing conditions and fast declining trend noticed in COVID-19 cases in the country, Exhibitors, Visitors and other related companies had started making emphatic enquiries regarding fixation of the new dates of the Exhibition.  In pursuance to this, IPAMA had detailed discussions with the officials of India Expo Centre (IEML) about the availability of Exhibition Halls and other facilities and in consultation with the Exhibitors, who had already booked space for participation, a proposal regarding fixation of the new dates was submitted in the 116th Virtual Meeting of the Governing Council organised on 3rd February 2021.  After due deliberations and discussions, the Governing Council had approved the following revised/new dates for the 15th Edition of PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition: –

Setting up period: 17-19 December 2021

Exhibition period: 20-24 December 2021

Dismantling period: 25th December 2021.

It may also be stated that, except the new dates, the remaining terms and conditions for participation in PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition will remain the same.  The revised dates for Early Bird Discount and other benefits which are to be allowed by the Association, will be finalised shortly. However, considering the Corona impact on the market and to support the Industry, IPAMA has decided to further lower the exhibition charges in comparison to earlier Editions.
