Grifal Technologies, the engineering division of Grifal Group, designs and manufactures innovative machinery and advanced technologies for sustainable packaging.
The new RotoMultiCut RMC 1201 GT is an automatic modular line designed to convert eco-friendly packaging materials such as cArtù® (Grifal’s proprietary highthickness corrugated cardboard) with covered or uncovered wave, corrugated board with E/B/C/EB/BC flute types, triple-wall board, honeycomb board, solid board, and the new tissuePack, a soft multi-ply corrugated material made from 100% natural fibers, also developed by Grifal.
Thanks to its modular structure, the machine – with dimensions of 8m x 3m x 3m (H) – integrates functions such as inkjet printing, full cutting, half cutting, cordoning and stacking. Synchronized brushless motors and railmounted components ensure precision, speed up to 50 m/min and simplified maintenance. The input material can be in sheets or rolls, with material passage clearance of 1250 x 20 mm. The system can be remotely monitored and offers an optional Business Intelligence service for customized analytics. RotoMultiCut RMC 1201 GT optimizes time and costs, supporting companies in their Digital & Packaging Transformation.
