Key features are two technologies for foam management and ink monitoring, developed to improve quality, production continuity and operational efficiency. – ACSone – Antifoam Control System is designed to control foaming when printing on cardboard with water-based inks. It performs an automatic and precise dosing of the anti-foaming agent, with a targeted intervention that prevents printing defects related to the presence of bubbles and ink film instability. The result is greater production regularity, less waste and a more rational use of additives, with both qualitative and environmental benefits. Automation also reduces the need for manual interventions, making the process more controllable and repeatable.
The independent system for automatic measurement of ink level and consumption keeps the fluid level constant, manages alarms on preset thresholds and can be integrated with automatic top-up systems.
