Intergen (energy division of the IML Group) designs and makes biogas and methane gas power generating and cogeneration systems.
In Veneto recently it has devised three cogeneration systems for one of the most important international paper producing groups.
The systems contribute the company’s energy self-sufficiency and to the reduction in fuel consumption, guaranteeing an optimum exploitation of cogenerative energy. The power stations in fact ensure a joint production of electrical energy and steam; in particular they enable low and high temperature heat recovery and have been designed to operate for more than 8,000 hours a year.
